Cornerstone is a new church, dedicated to the simple idea of living as followers of Jesus.  We began our story in 2005 when an older church (First Christian Church of Glen Ellyn) gave their building and assets to a church-planting group (the Chicago District Evangelistic Association). A new church was born with much excitement in the Chicago suburbs.  Since our launch we have continued to grow and learn as we have focused on our singular purpose to connect.  We exist to connect to God, connect with others, and connect through service.  Our story is all about living out these three “connects” as Christ-followers.
